Job Description
This position delivers Human Resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations and assisting in ensuring conformance to all applicable Human Resources regulatory and program requirements.
This position performs within the framework set by the Human Resource Shared Services department.
Provide Tier 1 HR Specialists with beginning and advanced training. This includes support for questions, process guidance, and issues.
Collaborate with SME/ COE to resolve more complex queries or work on requests.
Responsible for delivering HR processes for Compensation, Employee Relations, Compliance and Mobility functions.
Responsible for execution of tasks related to realization of the annual compensation cycle in accordance with global guidelines and local requirement.
Conduct Time Sensitive Audits (i.e. I-9, New Hire, TOWP etc.)
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices.
Ensure HR compliance in the areas of I-9 employment eligibility verification, E-verify, background screening and clearance process.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive HR knowledgebase and SOP documentation which is accurate, relevant, accessible and easy to understand.
Provide support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around Global HR processes, policy, and issues
Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations
Track and maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports
Adherence to Customer Service, Quality standards and team performance metrics
Basic Job Requirements
Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree
Has 3-7 years of experience preferably HR Generalist across various HR functions
Experience in IT/BPO/ Shared Services environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people management and customer relationship skills
Familiar with HR policies / procedures / practices as it relates to compensation, benefits, mobility etc.
Must possess Computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of various HR disciplines preferred
Experience in a Shared Services Environment or a BPO environment is preferred
