Under the supervision of the Contact Center Team Lead, this position will be focused on delivering a high level of customer service and operational support to Human Resources, Managers and Employees. This position will be the first point of contact for employees and managers with questions related to HR policies, programs, and processes.
In this role, Representatives will work with the Service Center Team to ensure that high levels of customer service are met, and that employees' inquiries are resolved in a timely, sensitive, and professional manner. Representatives will also participate in efforts to continuously improve the services being offered.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.
