JOB SUMMARY
Specializes in the planning , executing and assisting in administering of training and records maintenance.
Responsible in the coordination and implementation of all non-technical training programs and activities
Gather participant feedback especially appropriateness and relevance of training design, quality of trainers, etc.
Ensure proper documentation of training activities
Prepare training reports following prescribe formats and procedures
Contribute to process improvement in HR operation
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Management, and other related course
At least 1 year experience in training and devlopment procedures/process
Comfortable using office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication and presentation skills
Trainable, organize and goal oriented
