We have an opportunity for an HRBP Support in our HR Business Partner group.
The Role:
The HR Business Partner Support is responsible for providing support in the delivery of the HRBP
Core Services:
1. talent management and performance management,
2. reporting and people metrics,
3. risk mitigation and compliance to regulatory requirements,
4. compensation and benefits management, and
5. employee engagement.
Incumbents in this role are expected to have an understanding of the core HR functions, processes
and systems, the business and its needs. Incumbents are expected to drive 'One HR' principles and
leverage all facets of the HR function to bring quality service and value adding inputs to the client
group.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent

o Report completion data (talent wall, self appraisal etc.)
o Partners closely with L&D to identify key talent and ensure follow through on key
talent actions. Facilitates HRBPs with the design and formatting of talent reviews
o Analyses and identifies key diversity trends and actions
· Metrics / Reports

o Proactively analyses and identifies key people trends to help the HR Business
Partner shape the people agenda
o Pull data analytics as required by the HR Business Partner and Leaders
o Act as team SME for data analytics
· Client Advisory and Coaching

o Act as an escalation point for HRBP Support organization
o Support 'manager' segment clients with defined HRBP services as needed
· Compensation

o Support the HRBPs through the year end compensation process
o Reporting and Analytics (daily download and ad hoc requests)
o Post comp attrition tracking
o Support for 'manager' segment clients tasked with compensation planning
· Organizational Design
o Partner with HRBPs to coordinate large scale Reduction In Force (RIF) events and support the
Talent Reassignment process
o Work directly with clients on the business rationale for RIFs
o Support HRBPs with data analysis required for organizational design
· Project Management
 Manage projects, and provide support in projects or initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
 Extensive exposure in Data analytics
 Strong background in Project Management
 Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's Degree
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective presentation skills
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and System savvy
Behavioral Competencies:
Client relationship skills
Solution orientated with high levels of initiative
