Career Opportunity: HR Training Manager for a multinational consumer electronics company.
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: ON-SITE / Mondays to Fridays
Job Summary:
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods and conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
Plan and manage training budget and advance planning of monthly, quarterly, yearly trainings for HR department and prepare questionnaires after the training.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2-4 years extensive experience in the related field.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
With background in training needs and job analysis.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE Mondays to Fridays.
