BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology or other related field.
with at least 2 years experience in Training and Development.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Has the ability to develop and implement effective training programs & strategies.
Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Conducts company profile orientation to newly hired employees
Coordinates with the HR Recruitment and respective Outlet Managers on the training endorsement of hired applicants.
Plans, develops and administers staff or management training seminars/programs for the company.
Executes programs to develop employee skills and impart organization practices and policies such as: (1. Product Knowledge 2. Customer Service 3. Service Skills 4. Good Manufacturing Practices 5. First Aid Training)
Schedules, conducts and facilitates learning programs, seminars and team building workshops.
Assists with the implementation of the employee performance evaluation and performs training needs analysis.
Creates and provides necessary education and materials for managers and employees including manuals, handbooks, workshops and standardized reports.
Assists with the development of the company's training budget and monitors the spending of the budget.
Assesses the effectiveness of the training program.
Maintains employee training records. Prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
