Description
As an HR Total Rewards Supervisor you will be responsible for designing, building and implementing Total Rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
Job Description:
- Support the key processes in Market Intelligence (including Job Matching Guidelines, Market Data Analysis and stakeholder reporting) and Annual Planning (including Geographic PoV, affordability analysis, TPRC submission, detailed plan analysis and mid-year promotions)
- Define, interpret, and statistically analyze problems related to process requirements and suggest modifications to the process/reporting.
- Work with market intelligence data (market surveys, recruiting data, exit interview data, etc.) to uncover information and insights to help business leaders make decisions on a wide array of functions, promotions, etc., as well as ongoing ad hoc information requests
- Conduct research into best practice total rewards scheme, reviewing existing schemes and identifying areas of improvement
- Assess any reward compliance related matters
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators
- Gather feedback on the success of the annual processes from key stakeholders.
- Support the continued effort to drive standardization across our processes and practices where appropriate
- Support the implementation of common requirements across the processes
- Translate data into meaningful findings and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
- Must have at least 3 years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience
- Must have experience in vendor surveys
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong Market Intelligence skills (Evaluation, Job Mapping, process and analyze market data)
- Preferably with experience of working at an international as well as national and business unit level
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
- Regular Shift: 9am to 6pm
