Purpose:
Team HR IT supports the global convergence agenda, delivering efficiencies & complexity reduction, continuously improving the available process & technology solutions and ensuring internal and external benchmarking. They are the functional experts who will deliver integrated process & technology design, satisfying business needs, and ensuring compliance with the overarching process and service strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Supports the development of a relevant portfolio of core HR related demands from across the business and from on-going external scan
Pilots capabilities prior to scale deployment whether as part of a vendor release or Unilever driven innovation.
Maintains environmental scans to ensure fit for purpose solutions aligned to strategic roadmaps
Supports development of business case as required
Works with the HRIT Business Partner, Platform Leads and Service Delivery team in developing technology roadmap.
Ensures a constant focus on meeting the needs of customers, informing them of progress and status, and positively managing user perceptions
Communicates effectively to senior and peer stakeholders
Engages proactively with other Tech Analysts and colleagues in order to identify solutions to business needs and priorities
Works extensively with partners and vendors to create fit for purpose solutions
· Actively works and supports resolution of issues escalated; managing incidents, tracking ticket status and partnering with support teams to resolve
· Identifies and recommends process areas that could be simplified, improved or changed; to enhance user experience and drive simplification
· Provides support in maintaining training activities and materials, including user guides, FAQ, recorded demos, portal content, etc
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
Professional Qualifications
Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent
IT Project Management desirable
IT systems support, preferably in HR, HCM
Experience
Essential:
At least 2 years of HR system or platform implementation/administration/support experience
Appreciation of the processes and challenges in the HR function
Process understanding and appreciation of Tech tools
Experience with Release Management, Change Management, and Incident Management for Human Resources Management Systems
Desirable:
Strong knowledge in Human Capita Management platform (e.g. Workday) preferred
Strong functional HR knowledge
Experience in using ServiceNow for Incidents, Change Management, and Demand Management is appreciated
Business Partnering and Project Management
Has the necessary experience and cultural awareness to work with local and global teams
SharePoint site skills is appreciated
ITIL Certification and Agile Certification or anything similar is appreciated
