We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, HR Systems Support - Software Testing- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Systems Ops Bus Intm Analyst - C11) based in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you're expected to:
Ensure the system is working for implementation.
Do system tests before releasing the actual work in Workday.
Review and analyze various data management items including data quality issues, production reviews, data trending reports and metrics, as well as ad hoc investigations of the data repository.
Use discretion to recommend what queries and database reports would benefit client group.
As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:
At least 2-5 years of experience in testing methodology
Advantage if you have Workday knowledge
Background in UAT
Degree holder of any course
Must be willing to work in EMEA Shift (3 am - 12 am)
