HR SUPERVISOR
 
Starting Salary of Php 20,000.00
 
Skills Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have intermediate computer skills to format reports, presentations, & spreadsheets.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong supervisory and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of labor and employment laws related to training and development.
Must have strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates the effectiveness of the organizations training programs and recommend areas of improvement.
Reviews training needs; modifies or improves existing programs or develops new training programs to meet those needs.
Through collaboration with management, identifies anticipated training needs based on human resource initiatives, legal and regulatory changes, career development needs, and other factors.
Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new and transferred employees.
Uses classroom training and demonstration methods, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops to plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs.
Coordinates or performs compliance training and personal development classes for staff members.
Conducts training for instructors and supervisors on techniques and skills to manage and teach their employees.
Provides appropriate disciplinary action and monitors employee disciplinary cases and suspension.
Issues appropriate memorandum to employees and implements appropriate procedure.
Ensures updated Job Description and Organizational Chart because of promotion, regularization, or separation.
Creates and/or administers post-training evaluations, tests, and assessments.
Process the PEZA Visa and Alien Employment permit.
Process and submit DOLE reports.
Performs administrative functions and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
