Job Requirements
Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry and in supervising capacity.
Possess sound knowledge of Labor Code of the Philippine.
Good understanding of HR processes.
Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Able to interact with people at all levels.
Willing to work in Tarlac City
Job Description
Responsible for full recruitment activities from sourcing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding process.
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Assist in development and implementation of HR Policies.
Manage time keeping & responsible for payroll processing.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assist in the administration of employees wages and salaries.
Implement employee appraisal program.
Ensure and monitor compliance with employment-related laws and regulations according to Labor Code of the Philippine.
Assist to facilitate in house training program.
Assist to process and submit application for expats working visa and working permit.
Perform other HR related task assigned by management from time to time.
