The Human Resources (HR) Supervisor is responsible for handling, providing support, and overseeing various human resources management functions and activities, which include but are not limited to recruitment and hiring, staffing, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Preferably with training related to Human Resource Management
Knowledgeable of HR functions, labor laws and disciplinary procedures;
Master's Degree is an advantage but not required

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
