Implement HR policies and procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain an up-to-date employee handbook and ensure consistent application across the organization.
Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Facilitate the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation programs and necessary paperwork.
Employee relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns or grievances. Act as a resource for employees regarding HR-related matters and ensure fair and consistent treatment.
Performance management: Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on performance improvement plans. Collaborate with managers to develop employee development plans and identify training needs.
Compensation and benefits: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Keep up-to-date with market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
