Ensure efforts in employee sourcing and proper postings in recruitment sites and relevant social media pages.
Ensure timely processing of employee applications. Conducts interviews and assessment of job fit applicants.
Ensure the proper collation and timely submission and filing of employment requirements
Compensation and Benefits
Ensure accurate, timely, proper filing, processing and recording of statutory and company given benefits, i.e., Social Security System, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and Bureau of Internal Revenue, vacation and sick leaves, etc.
Oversee proper maintenance and update of the 201 files for fast and easy retrieval.
Facilitate and coordinate proper documentation and execution of employee movements, e.g., transfer, promotion, etc.
Provide mechanism and approaches to enable the organization to draw the best possible results from its human resources that covers reward programs, job organization design, career management and staffing.
Oversee, coordinate and ensure proper implementation of employee regularization and performance appraisal and recommends proper action to line managers to top management.
Training and Organizational Development
Conduct standard new employee orientation and other on-boarding training for new employees.
Provide assistance and advice to management in assessing and identifying work situations that need proper interventions.
Employee Relations Services
Maintain high morale, enthusiasm, and loyalty to promote good understanding and cooperation among employees, and to create a sense of belonging for all employees to work toward a common goal.
Promote harmonious long-term relations between employees and Management.
Plan and implement year-round activities such as sports and recreational activities and/or special events and celebrations.
Ensure compliance with the existing rules, policies, and regulations.
