SUPPORT STORE OPERATIONS Provide policy advice & guidance to all employees requiring assistance . REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMS Check completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action . REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCES Review completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management. With at least 1-2 years of experience in general HR (Compensation and Benefits etc.,. Good communication and interpersonal skills. With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task. Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours. Willing to be assigned in SM Makati Full-time positions available
