POSITION TITLE: HR Specialist
Level : First Level Management
Shift : Monday - Friday (Shifting Schedule)
 
Role:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance evaluation initiatives to drive high performance of employees.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure company's legal compliance to prevailing labor laws.
Spearhead employee engagement programs.
Assist in the preparation of payroll and other employee benefits.
Ensures that all employee benefits are timely processed.
Assist in the planning and execution of Recruitment and Hiring Initiatives.
Takes charge of all admin matters including but not limited to processing of payables related to daily operations.
Performs other tasks related to above listed activities and those that are instructed by the Management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skill and Experience Required:
Proven working experience as HR Supervisor or at least 2 years solid experience in the same field.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
Knowledge in preparation of Local Payroll and or Compensation and Benefits practices.
Knowledge in TNA and Training Design.
Ability to plan and carry out Recruitment/Hiring Initiatives for various levels and nature of job vacancies.
Can start immediately.
