Description
1. Provides assistance in the development of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local laws and governmental regulations and organizational requirement.
2. Facilitates annual manpower planning in collaboration with Department Managers/ Line Manager
3. Initiates roll out of performance appraisal, collection of employee performance information, analysis of performance gaps and preparation of reports for the annual employee performance review.
4. Reviews job descriptions for newly created positions, ensures it is approved and within the established organizational structure.
