Job Summary: - Responsible in end-to-end recruitment of corporate accounts and other center-based positions. - Coordinates with Hiring Managers regarding status of hires. - Suggests recruitment trends to the Jr. HR Officer and to the Division Head for HR, to further improve the recruitment process, candidate experience, and quality of hires. - Help promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives - Facilitation of training modules to new hires and regularized team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course from a reputable University. - At least 3 years' extensive experience as a Recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role. - With experience in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires. - Candidate must be personable and can interact with all levels of the organization. - Exceptional ability to screen and interview candidates. - Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates. - Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles. - Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. - Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
