Education and Experience:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Additional HR training or experience is a plus
Duties/Responsibilities:
With experience in Retention Management and Handling Labor Relation Cases.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Our office is located at 8th floor of Skyrise Alpha Building, Cebu Business Park, Mabolo, Cebu City.
