Responsibilities include: Work with the Global Learning team to facilitate and manage the new hire onboarding experience-from pre-boarding to day 90. Coordinate with Global Learning and business units to consistently maintain and update corporate and functional business unit onboarding content within a dedicated online platform. Manage virtual and/or onsite networking events for new hires at various stages in their onboarding. Administer recognition of new hire's completion of onboarding program within recognition site. Collect and collate onboarding experience survey metrics, providing regular reporting analytics observe trends and make tactical recommendations for existing and new programs and collateral that support a best-in-class onboarding experience. Facilitate HR Onboarding sessions for new hires both onsite and virtually. Train other HR Onboarding facilitators for regional delivery to ensure an effective, engaging experience. Research and follow trends in the L&D industry, identifying opportunities for prestigious award recognitions and manage/author nominations for the HR Global Learning organization. Assist the Global Learning Team in executing outbound communications to ensure managers and recruiting teams are in alignment with onboarding requirements and updates. Partner with cross-functional leaders to leverage existing programs and to continuously improve programs, policies, and strategies. Partner with leadership across global regions to develop and ensure an aligned deliverable, coordinate resources assess, measure and report on success. Qualifications Organized and meticulous person who can effectively manage projects that drive engagement with large customer groups within a global footprint. Experience working virtually with multiple stakeholders and communicating to senior leadership on a day-to day basis. Must possess a creative and analytical mindset, be suited to improving processes and creating best practices, and have agility in shifting priorities and delivering on tight schedules. Excellent interpersonal and clear written communication skills a must. An interest in course facilitation and content development is beneficial. Minimum of three-four years' experience within a large enterprise organization where innovation and cross-functional collaboration are inherent. Knowledge of the professional services industry is advantageous. College degree with focus in related field. Skilled in facilitating communications between divergent groups and assessing problems to initiate creative solutions. Experience working with curriculum design tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Captivate Articulate 360 or Rise. Able to work a flexible schedule.
