Responsible for the implementation and control of the company's disciplinary system and labor relations. Maintain a harmonious working environment and monitors compliance to CBA and labor standards.
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of any business or behavioral sciences discipline
• With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resources especially in Labor Relations
• Have knowledge with end to end Industrial Relation matters
•Preferably have training / certification relevant to Employee Discipline Due Process
• Preferably knowledgeable to drive 4-wheel vehicle

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
