HR SPECIALIST II
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in AB/BS Psychology
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Training-in-Charge & Payroll-in-charge knowledge in basic payroll computations like overtime, statutory benefits, undertime, shift differentials, holiday pays, etc.
Has excellent knowledge in office administration and clerical tasks and has basic understanding/knowledge on legal documents preparation including notarizations.
Administrative and computer skills (MS Office Applications)
Ability to grasp and understand new information, methods
Patient, keen to details and accuracy, trainable, Service and people oriented, proactive, has a good reputation for, and can maintain, honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
