Mission Details 13;
-Monitor the CAP allowance of entitled employees/vehicle assignees.
-Ensure that time attendance of HQ employees are correctly sorted from the system's file and distributed on time.
-Transmit timekeeping documents such as timecards and OT.
-Assists in checking timekeeping entries in payroll.
-Sorts and distributes payslip to all employees on time and accurately.
-Ensures BIR 2316 are sent out on time and signed by all employees.
-Checks the computation of OT, NSD, Tardiness, LWOP submitted by Jhocson against the timecards.
-Checks completeness of submitted loan application forms and requirements for endorsement to the HR Manager.
-Monitors government loan status filed and follow up if necessary.
-Records and transmits approved loan check/atm to employee and make sure it reaches the employee secured and on time.
-Ensures life insurance enrollment form is sent out to newly regularized employee and accomplished upon return.
-Prepares and routes separation clearances to concerned departments and ensures the form is completely filled out and signed with attached supporting documents on accountabilities.
Required Profile 13;
-Graduate of Psychology or any equivalent course
-Adept in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
-Has technical knowledge on government benefits
-Team player, proactive, and analytical
