Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist in all internal and external HR related matters.
-Provide services and assistance to employeeses as needed.
-Validate timekeeping reports and implement company timekeeping policies & procedures.
-Manage the employee database, prepare reports, and accomplish employement status-related procedures (creation of job offers/NOPA/contracts/COEs; employee status-updating).
-Check and monitor statutory payments/reports submitted by HR Assistant.
-Provide company benefits-related assistance to employees and accommodate concerns related to the aforementioned.
-Assist in the development & does the implementation and management of system procedures (i.g. 201 File Management).
Qualifications:
-A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or other related courses
-With at least two (2) to three (3) years work experience in the Human Resources field
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of working experience in HR, having
handled the Compensation and Benefits facet of HR (specifically Salary Administration, Statutory Compliance, Benefits Administration, Information/Records Management, as well as Employee Labor/Relations.
- Has knowledge and understanding of the current Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
-Has efficient HR administration and people management skills
