Job Responsibilities:
- Agency Billing
Primarily in charge of managing billing of basic, overtime, incentive, expense reimbursements of outsourced employees.
Work with a team of specialists from our agency partners in checking and approving their payroll submissions
Prepare documentation of policy and process flows for billing-related matters
Conduct monthly meetings with all agency partners to discuss billing policies
Prepare forecasting of expenses for outsourced employee payroll expenses
Prepare quarterly accrual related to billing
Monitor report of attendance of outsourced employees for billing purposes
Prepare reports regarding outsourced employee billing, as needed by the business
- Maintain Payroll and Expense System
Maintain an internal payroll and expense system for functions such as payroll expenses, work shift changes, expense reimbursement maintenance, holiday maintenance, approver change in the system and any related system process
Coordinate with regional and global counterparts in maintaining the payroll and expense system.
- Outsourced Employee Incentives
Process outsourced employee incentives to check if complaint with guidelines.
Coordinate with specialists from Agency partners in processing the incentives
- Process Improvements /IT Automation/Audits and Compliance
Coordinate with Global IT in dealing with the automation and other improvements related to payroll system for outsourced employees
Lead the internal audit (periodic process review) related to outsourced employee payroll
Support monthly compliance testing in relation to outsourced employee Billing
Job Qualifications:
Must be Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any Business related course
Has 3-5 years working experience in payroll process.
Must be experienced in basic billing, overtime, incentives, reimbursements and other related matters
Has experience in maintaining payroll and expense system
Has basic understanding of Philippine labor laws for any related payroll process.
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
Any related experience is an advantage.
Must be able to work under limited supervision.
Has experience in working and communicating with other nationalities, including Chinese colleagues is a plus.

Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:30AM-6PM (Lunch: 1hr&30 mins.)
