HR Sourcing Supervisor
Job Objective:
● .Responsible for the overall service delivery for his/her assigned sourcing channels in support of the hiring needs for Transcom Worldwide PH
● Manage a team of Sourcing Associates and Specialists
● Plan and implement sourcing strategies to fill hiring demands for Transcom
● Monitor performance of implemented activities
● Manage performance of direct reports
● Establish and maintain partnership with various vendors
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
➢ Formulate strategies and implement initiatives which are beneficial for Transcom's Talent Acquisition Function
➢ Coordinate with Sourcing Team Members, Recruitment Team and Vendors in line with Transcom's hiring demand, hiring initiatives, partnerships, and other concerns that may arise
➢ Management of individual and team performance of the Sourcing Team ensuring that the set targets are met
➢ Reporting (Creating, Analyzing and Publishing Data necessary for strategic planning)
➢ Audit sourcing channels and initiatives' policies, cost, and process compliance
