What You'll Do:
Within any of the functions you may be assigned to, it is expected that you will:
Maintain and update data within all our systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy with data input or with the production of employee documents.
Provide a high-level of support to employees by responding to questions and advancing issues as necessary through our ticketing system.
Coordinate with in-region partners for policy clarification or tier-2 support if necessary.
Operate with the attitude of absolute confidentiality and data integrity.
Align with approved procedures for process execution, keeping in mind established Service Level Agreements
What You'll Need
At least 1 year of prior experience in HR shared services, internal HR (recruitment, payroll, benefits, etc.), or BPO back-office support environment.
Strong customer service and administrative experience; very technically savvy.
Good stakeholder management
Must be amenable to work on different shifts and on weekends (schedules may change every quarter).
Bonus Points:
Workday experience and/or experience from a ticketing system or an HR application is a plus.

As a strategic partner to People Operations, the HR Shared Services team is responsible for four main functions - general HR query management (for questions regarding the policy, immigration, mobility, benefits, etc.); employee data management (data changes, compliance monitoring, reporting); contracts generation (for new hires, promotions, location changes, contract amendments); and Onboarding (background check processing, profile integration, new hire portal management).
