What it's about
As HR Reporting Specialist you will be a fundamental part of our Analytics and Reporting team.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Produce standard and ad-hoc reports and design customised reports using our analytics and visualisation software, SAP Success Factors and Excel
Support the people data requirements across the organization by providing accurate, insightful and sophisticated analyses for managers across all levels
Help with the design and implementation of automated reports
Help identify and propose ways to remediate data integrity and structure issues
What we expect
Proven reporting experience, ideally in an HR environment
Excellent database handling capabilities
High technical affinity and very good excel skills (incl. macros) and/or SAP experience
An interest and motivation to identify patterns in data and help people interpret information
Acute attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Open to fresh graduates in STEM fields and experienced reporting professionals
