JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition Team. Ensures proper implementation of recruitment processes and fulfillment of Manpower Requisition of the Company.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers all facets of end-to-end talent acquisition.
Expedites posting of job vacancies and Applicant Sourcing in various channels.
Conducts in-depth and behavioral assessment from Entry Level up to Supervisory positions.
Inspects and validates the pre-employment requirements of New Hires.
Conducts background checking for Newly Hired and Probationary Employees.
Checks and maintains control over the database and trackers of the Team.
Monitors and double-checks the Agency-based Employees due for Employment Absorption.
Assists in developing new strategic plans for the Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At Least 6 months exp. in end to end talent acquisition.
Extensive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven track record in utilizing creative recruitment techniques.
Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with Hiring Managers, Employees and HR Team.
Strong attention to details and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
