Job Description
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible in the end-to-end and timely placement of talents in the organization. He/she will ensure that suitable applicants are provided for each hiring requirements. He/she will also ensure and collaborate for the provision of the tools of trade upon deployment of the qualified candidate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred)
With at least 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory or officer level capacity
Must be highly assertive, driven and results-oriented; pro-active and and good negotiation skills
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Will be working in FTI, Taguig
Can start ASAP
