PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The HR Recruitment and Training Specialist shall be responsible for the sourcing, screening and interviewing to identify the fitness and qualification of the applicants based on Job Requirement, culture of the organization and potential career growth/opportunity of shortlisted candidates.
The role is critical to achieve the overall company and department objectives, targets and KPIs through effective and swift recruitment while keeping the quality and the company values.
This role shall lead and organize the proper training and orientation of the newly hired employees before the endorsing to respective department. He/She shall support the training and development programs of the company.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
1. SOURCING AND SCREENING. The ability to identify effective and new trends of recruitment facilities, and identifying quality applicants.
2. NEGOTIATION AND COMMUNICATION. The ability to effectively negotiate compensation package while keeping the recruitment quality. He/She shall communicate effectively the company profile, vision and mission as part of the Employer Branding initiatives.
3. ORGANIZATION AND DOCUMENTATION. The ability to properly safekeep, record and file HR Records, such as 201, employment requirements, contracts and etc.
4. PRESENTATION. The ability to facilitate and host training programs, orientation and other company activities/events. He/She shall have the ability to prepare presentation material using different tools/platforms other than MS Power Point.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Willing to physically reporting to the office, Monday to Friday.
2. Preferably a resident of Pasig City or residing near Ortigas Center.
3. Preferably from a Real Estate or Brokerage company.
