The main responsibility for this role is to source and identify qualified candidates (financial advisors) and perform general HR duties for the department and employees as duties are assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified candidates including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking.
Determine and implement recruiting best practices.
Coordination with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate.
Post positions that will attract candidates/create advertising.
Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews.
Schedule interview
Assist in online meetings and trainings
Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business related course.
Must have knowledge and experience with end-to-end recruitment
Strong experience with recruiting programs and processes, ideally in recruiting for commissioned sales professionals
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
Knowledgeable in MS office.
Can work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential material.
Willing to be trained and adapt to fast pacing industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City (but because of the pandemic, work from home is applied)
