ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Payroll Processing
- Updating of employee information and payroll posting accounts in Oracle. --Preparing the monthly payroll as per the agreed schedule.
-Generation of payroll reports in Oracle.
- Maintaining and updating employees information with bank accounts
- Opening of payroll accounts with the bank for new employees
-Preparation and distribution of pay slips to employees (thru email for Head office employees and on request basis for Shop staffs, Warehouse and Workshop staffs)
- Computation of monthly and yearly End of Service, Leave and Ticket conversion of employees. This should be submitted to Financial Analyst on monthly basis.
-Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
- Maintenance of Employees salary loans summary
- Attends to bank and employee queries

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:
-Payroll should be prepared and submitted to finance by the 15th of every month.
- Provides all payroll related reports to the management
- Maintain politeness to internal and external customer.
- Ensures cleanliness of the workplace at the end of the day. Files should be kept properly and no files should be left over the table at the end of the day. -Zero tolerance for sharing payroll information.
QUALIFICATIONS\REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in accounting/business/commerce or economics
- Minimum 2 years work experience in payroll preparation
- Exposed or Used any ERP package for at least a year
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
