Note: This position is NOT eligible for remote work.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits.
· Responsible for timekeeping, preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll.
· Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, budget and other department to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distributions of detailed reports; e.g. overtime, leave balances, loan balances, head count, pay slip and retirement / resigned / terminated contributions reports).
· Prepare, consolidate and process government mandated contributions and loans of all employees.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
· Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
· Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
· Good knowledge of labor legislation
· Time-management skills
· Ability to handle confidential information
· BSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field.
