Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits.
Responsible for tiemkeeping, preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll.
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, budget and other department to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distributions of detailed reports; e.g. overtime, leave balances, loan balances, head count, payslip and retirement / resigned / terminated contributions reports).
Prepare, consolidate and process government mandated contributions and loans of all employees.
