Job Description
Process End to End Payroll for Managed and Seat Lease Account
Maintains payroll records of all employees
Ensures that all payroll concerns and queries are attended on time
Prepares payroll reports to be sent after payroll processing
Prepares Final Pay computation of all Inactive Employees
Responsible for tracking Service Incentive Leaves - Credit and Usage
Maintains records regarding Loans and Advances
Responsible for answering inquiries related to government statutory deductions
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in End-to-End Payroll Processing
Proficient in MS Applications
With experience in Annualization
Experienced in using Payroll System
Able to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Taxes and Wage Laws
Good in written and oral communication skills
