Ensure the payroll process meets all guidelines and procedures
Responsible for ensuring all payroll documents are correct, computed, and encoded.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Verify timekeeping records and consult field employees about the discrepancy
Manage accounts to be paid timely and accurately as scheduled.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of headcounts
Preparing manual of Other Pay Entries.
Responsible to scanned all payroll documents after payroll.
Other duties as assigned to you from to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, any course
Payroll background is an advantage
Good communication skills
Can start immediately.
