Major Responsibilities:
Propose and involve in HR Programs that will benefit the whole company
Incharge of the collation and preparation of monthly payroll data processing.
Maintaining employee records and paperwork (soft and hard copies)
Conducts Payroll/HRIS orientation for new hires.
Handles employees' queries on all payroll related matters promptly
Perform end to end semi monthly payroll and service charge processing timely and accurately, and in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements
Maintains employee data and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Providing counseling on payroll policies and procedures
Ordering, Inventory and distribution of Vitamin C supplies to all cost centers
Updating and Monitoring of HRIS employee profiles and transactions
Prepare month-end reports for government remittances such as SSS, Pag-ibig premium contribution and loan, Philhealth reports such and other payroll related reports
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll Software
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
