An exciting opportunity exists for you to join the Human Resources Operations team as a Supplier Manager.
This is a great opportunity to join the broader Operations team at Macquarie.
In this role, your responsibilities would include completion of all day-to-day management of supplier profiles across Human Resources Operations including:
Monitoring supplier compliance with the Supplier Governance Framework, including supplier due diligence assessments, technical and cyber assessment reviews, financial health checks and supporting contract renewals and execution.
Supporting Relationship Managers with applicable content and materials for governance meetings with Suppliers.
Ensuring the quality and integrity of third-party related data captured in our Supplier Risk Management system, which will include initiating, managing, and remediating data quality reviews and identifying opportunities to enhance / automate / streamline existing processes.
Building strong relationships across the internal supplier governance frameworks to enable you to provide guidance and support to key stakeholders.
Providing assessments on application of the Supplier Governance Policy and advice to Relationship Managers on how its requirements can be met.
Being proactive by exploring ways to improve the Supplier Management processes for Human Resource Operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer focused and able to initiate and maintain client relationships. You will also have a high attention to detail and be comfortable working on multiple tasks and high volumes.

A strong risk mindset, striking the balance between compliance and having a pragmatic approach to how policy is adopted.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop relationships across Relationship Managers, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Efficient and well organized; being able to problem-solve, and finding solutions to situations as they arise
Able to negotiate, persuade and maintain confidence when challenged
Willingness to learn and develop in the role
Maintain a transformation mindset to explore and identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate the process.
