JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Operations Specialist will provide overall HR operations, transactional processes, and administrative support for Philippines and Singapore studio.
You will work closely with project leaders and team members to foster a vibrant, friendly work environment that promotes strong collaboration, creativity, high performance and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
Act as a dedicate concierge and be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate party
Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and files in HR systems and ensure data integrity
Manage and process employee benefits, availment, and implementation.
Process HR transactions such as employee onboarding, transfers, terminations, anniversaries, and other HR-related activities
Processes payroll and ensures government dues are remitted on time
Collaborate with HR team members to identify process improvements and enhance the employee experience.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Participate in the review and implementation of process improvements.
Assist in making travel arrangements for the team - coordinates schedules, travel itineraries, flight arrangements, accommodations etc.
Prepare and manage the budget for HR Operations.
Assist in creating HR reports and analytics.
Work with local HR Business Partners and stakeholders in the sustained and smooth delivery of HR services
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Minimum 3 years of shared services experience in Human Resources
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery of quality/accurate work products
Excellent people management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
