Job Description
What HR Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
HR Operations administers HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, retirement and leaves of absence and administers HR transactions such as hiring, termination, contracts and retirement. HR Operations also provides reporting to internal management, external agencies, vendors and in support of audits.
Job Description
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, HR operations, retentions and turnover rates and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepares, presents and explains reports to leadership.
Provides support to HRBP in relation to attrition analysis and reports.
Does HRIS audit.
Conducts training in relation to Workday.
Processes WD transactions
Prepares HR dashboard and metrics for GTBS leaders and CHIP/CHII leaders
Coordinates and facilitates discussions with the US partners on WD enhancements and updates related to local regulatory requirements ensuring the needs are met or addressed
Attends to myHR transactions and requirements as assigned
Raises tickets to correct or update WD data through EDM unit
Reviews and performs system approval on assigned WD transactions
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience as an HR analytics or similar role.
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, dashboard and presentation.
Familiarity with HR Operations/employee life cycle.
Proficient in HRIS, Workday is preferred.
Proficient in ticketing tool, Servicenow is preferred.
