HR OfficerFabtech International Corporation

The primary role of HR Officer is to assist in over-all HR duties focusing on Recruitment and Employee Relations. He will assist in facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process.
Recruitment
1. Assist in facilitating recruitment process starting from initial exam and interview until regularization
2. Assist in preparing contracts, job descriptions, and evaluations of new employees
3. Ensure that new employees submit all pre-employment requirements and that all details are accurately set up on the Plantilla
4. Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and necessary initial tools (office supplies and equipment, ATM card, ID, email address) are given to them
5. Compile, monitor and track all recruitment statistics
6. Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Employee Relations
1. Assist in checking and monitoring daily attendance
2. Assist in sending Notice to Explain and Disciplinary Actions through filemaker and registered mail regarding attendance
3. Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Timekeeping
1. Monitor time and attendance daily.
2. Ensure that all employees have clocked in and out of the office
3. Generate Filemaker report on filed overtime and leave
4. Provide timekeeping in preparation for payroll, submitted to payroll officer
5. Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Management, Finance, Business Organizational Management, Human Resource development Management of equivalent.
With at least 6 months experience in HUMAN RESOURCE management. Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
Developmental and Strong Decision-making skills is a must. Strong communication skill and high professional ethics required.
