Job Description
Handles and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities of the team in coordination with HR Head
Coordinate with the Department Managers reference to the manpower requirement of each department.
Responsible in compliance the Government policies and regulations
Handles Government remittances and necessary reports
Act as Internal Auditor and ensure compliance with the standard (FSSC, HACCP, GMP etc)
Creation, cascading, implementation and monitoring of company Policies.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards
Act on duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Psychology, BSBA-HRDM or equivalent
With at least 2 years HR related experience
