JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure consistent application of recruitment process as prescribe by the Management.
Work with Line Managers and GM on manning requirements and set recruitment schedules
Ensure application of policies and Labor laws on recruitment
Ensure on time search and recruitment consistent with operational needs
Ensure that existing policies are thoroughly explained and uniformly administered in all aspects of the operation
Ensure that new policies are communicated and documented
Work with GM to consistently update, document set policies and provide feedback on employee issues/reaction.
Act as main custodian to the Code of Conduct and update documentation where applicable
Ensure constant communication to maintain industrial peace through healthy employee-employer relation.
Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and position success profiles
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development,
Facilitate training programs based on set schedule and guidelines in close coordination with functional heads
Monitor and Review Training effectiveness through post training evaluation and review and send feedback to the Management.
Work with Line Managers to ensure that implementation of Performance Management process
Ensure consistent application of compensation and benefits policy
Facilitate salary review process based on set guidelines as provided by the Management.
Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and Competencies
Identify development needs and opportunities of team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these.
JOB QUALIFICATION
andidate must be graduate in Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.
Minimum of 3-4 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong background in all facets of Human Resources and knowledgeable to Labor Standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Exceptional leadership skills and Good in coaching team.
