Patisserie and Boulangerie, Inc. (Tangerine Kitchen - Breads and Pastries) an affiliate company of International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu (ICAAC) is in need of a Hr Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring timely and accurate employee data.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR functions (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in MS Office applications
