Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Familiarity with job boards, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
Job Decription
Work with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Coordinate and manage new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training schedules.
Maintain a database of applicants for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws when handling employee information.
Assist in preparing and processing payroll in a timely manner.
Answer employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
identify training needs and assist with the coordination of employee development programs
Organize in-house or external training sessions, ensuring employees have the skills to meet their roles' requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Monitor employee work permits and contracts, ensuring they are renewed as necessary.
Support audits and ensure that documentation and processes meet compliance standards.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Help manage HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys or health and wellness initiatives.
Participate in HR meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and networks (LinkedIn, job fairs, employee referrals) to source candidates.
Proactively search for and reach out to passive candidates through networking and headhunting.
