COMPLIANCE OFFICER
 
The Compliance Officer ensures that the company and all its construction projects adhere to government laws, industry standards and internal policies. The position is responsible for managing and monitoring compliance with SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR, DOLE, DENR, DPWH, LGU, and other relevant agencies, as well as ensuring that all business permits, licenses and certifications are valid & updated. The Compliance Officer safeguards the company from legal and financial risks by overseeing documentation, conducting compliance audits, and guiding departments in maintaining ethical and lawful operations.
