JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems as directed by the C'scor Management. The initiatives include the implementation and strengthening of Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Culture-building, Compensation and Benefits administration, Policy Administration, Employee relations and Systems Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related field
- Minimum of at least 2 years working experience in Human Resources
- Amenable to work in our head office located at Sta. Cruz Manila, Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm.
