HR OFFICER
Job Description:
Has 3-4 years of proven experiences as an HR Officer Administrator or other HR Position
Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business administration courses, further training will be a plus
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiaves and systems
Providing counseling on policies and procedures
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
All other related duties and responsibilities necessary to the abovementioned and as may be determined by the management.
