The HR Officer 1 is responsible for staff administration for Butuan sub delegation, covering files on Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits (including DAV Payroll DB), HR Administration, and Employee Relations. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRC's and the delegation's policies and the applicable laws and regulations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as a focal point for general HR-management issues; Processes payroll for Mindanao-based staff and coordinates with various departments for payroll-related transactions; Carries out administrative follow-up on HR-related issues (conflict management, training, etc. and staff-management policies are applied correctly; Ensures that new employees are welcomed and well-integrated; Monitors and ensures compliance with local labour laws and staff regulations; REQUIRED PROFILE University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field; At least 2-3 years' progressive experience as HR Generalist; Experience working in an INGO or humanitarian organization is preferable.
